Welcome to Redline Bureau. These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of our online store, website, products and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By visiting our store, placing an order, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. About our store
Redline Bureau offers automotive-inspired apparel and related products. Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer our products and Services to you.

We aim to present product descriptions, images, colours, sizing information, materials and other details as accurately as reasonably possible. Display settings and manufacturing processes can cause minor differences between what appears on screen and the product received.
We may change, discontinue or limit products or product variations at any time. Product availability is subject to stock and fulfilment availability.

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable, information supplied is incorrect, there is a pricing or listing error, payment cannot be authorised, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse of the Services.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will arrange an appropriate refund of the amount paid for the cancelled item or order.
5. Prices and payment
Prices displayed on the store are shown in the currency presented to you at checkout. Applicable taxes, shipping charges and other charges, if any, will be shown before you complete your purchase. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect an order already accepted except where required to correct an obvious error and permitted by law.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information when placing an order.

Shipping, delivery, returns, exchanges and refunds are subject to the information and policies displayed on our store at the time of purchase. Where a separate shipping, returns or refund policy is published by Redline Bureau, that policy forms part of these Terms.
