We want ordering from Redline Bureau to be straightforward. If your item arrives damaged, incorrect or with a manufacturing issue, contact us with your order number and clear photos so we can review it.
For change-of-mind or sizing requests, contact us before sending anything back. Eligibility can depend on the product and its condition, and final return instructions will be provided before any return is sent.
Do not return an item without contacting us first, as unapproved returns may not be identifiable when received.
